Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • To receive a full refund, ensure that you cancel at least 24 hours before the experience begins.
  • If you cancel your experience less than 24 hours before the start time, no refund will be provided.
  • Changes made to your booking within 24 hours of the experience's start time will not be accepted.
  • The cut-off times for cancellations are based on the local time of the experience.
  • Please note that good weather is necessary for this experience. In the event of cancellation due to poor weather conditions, you will be offered a different date or a full refund.
