When can I use my pass?

Your pass is valid for use beginning May 1, 2022 until October 31, 2022. Whether you want to experience everything in one day or spread your admissions out over your entire visit, it's totally up to you! WEGO is however for consecutive two-day use and Falls Incline Railway access is also for consecutive two-day use for Niagara Falls Pass and Adventure Pass holders.

Where do I pick up my pass?

When you buy online, you can print your tickets from home and bring them to any Niagara Parks Welcome Centre or attraction to redeem for your full package, including scan card loaded with attraction admissions, coupons, and a full map of Niagara Parks so you'll have no problem exploring.

When does the Pass expire?

The included attractions in the Adventure Pass, Niagara Falls Pass and Adventure Pass Plus are valid from May 1, 2022 to October 31, 2022.

Is Niagara Parks in Canada or the US?

Niagara Parks is located in Niagara Falls, Canada. The attractions included in the Passes are valid only on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls.

What is WEGO?

WEGO is the hop-on, hop-off visitor transportation system that connects all Niagara Parks locations to many hotels in Niagara as well as other Niagara Falls tourism areas. Three WEGO lines all connect at the brink of the Canadian Horseshoe Falls at Table Rock Welcome Centre.

Are there special guidelines in place?

Niagara Parks continues to follow the guidance of our provincial public health officials in all operational decisions related to COVID-19. In accordance with the regulations implemented on March 21, 2022 by the Government of Ontario, guests are no longer required to wear face coverings indoors at Niagara Parks, with the exception of accessing our transportation services

Where is the Niagara Parks Power Station Located?

The Niagara Parks Power Station is located at 7005 Niagara Parkway, Niagara Falls, Ontario, between Table Rock Welcome Centre and the Floral Showhouse.

What are the hours of operation of Niagara Parks Power Station?

That Niagara Parks Power Station is open daily for general admission and guided tours. The power station reopens nightly for the Currents: Niagara's Power Transformed show. Please see hours of operation for more details.
Please Note:
  • This voucher can be redeemed (Pass is valid up to October 31, 2022) by bringing a PRINTED COPY of your voucher to any Niagara Parks Welcome Centre or attraction.
  • The lead guest must be present when the voucher is redeemed.
  • Your voucher will be exchanged for tickets and you can schedule a time (if necessary) to visit the attraction.
  • Pets are permitted in any public, outdoor park space, however, only service animals are permitted inside Niagara Parks attractions. We kindly ask that all animals be kept on a leash and in the owner's control at all times.
  • All voucher sales are final (non-cancellable and non-refundable).
  • Your pass is valid up to October 31, 2022. It's entirely up to you whether you want to see everything in one day or spread your admissions throughout your entire visit! However, WEGO and access to the Falls Incline Railway are only valid for two consecutive days for holders of the Niagara Falls Pass and Adventure Pass classic Plus WEGO
