You can cancel your tour up to 24 hours in advance of its start time and receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour's start time, you won't be able to obtain a refund, and the payment you made will be non-refundable.
Additionally, any changes made within 24 hours of the tour's start time will not be accepted. Therefore, it's essential to make sure you've made any necessary modifications before the cut-off times, which are based on the tour's local time.
It's important to note that some tours require a minimum number of travellers. If the minimum requirement is not met, the tour may be cancelled. However, if this happens, you can either reschedule for a different date or receive a full refund.

You will need a valid passport or other accepted border crossing documentation on the day of travel. It is important to reconfirm the border crossing requirements with the tour operator, and this includes PASSPORT, ESTA, and I-94 for non-US citizens entering the United States. Failure to contact the tour operator directly at least 24 hours before the tour date to confirm border crossing requirements may lead to booking cancellation without a refund.
