Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be done 24 hours prior to the tour to get a full refund.

  • If you cancel the tour upto 24 hours befor the trip you will recieve a total Refund.
  • For any cancellations that is made within 24 hours before the Tour's start time, your amount won't be reimbursed.
  • No Changes or Modifications requested less than 24 hours before to the start of the Tour, will be made
  • The time cut-offs will be scheduled as per local time.

  • You will get a confirmation once the booking is made.
  • Infant seats available for young children if required.
  • You can use a stroller for Babies and toddlers.
  • Wheelchair access is not possible on this tour
  • Participants in the tour must be at least 19 years old.
  • Drinking is only permitted to those who are at least 19 years old.
  • For confirmation, the tour requires a minimum of two participants.
  • There is a maximum group size of 11 people per tour reservation.
  • EPassengers must have valid passports on the day of travel in order to be admitted.
  • Physical fitness of participants must be atleast average.
  • This is a private tour, so only your group will take part.
