From Vancouver Harbour Flight Centre at Coal Harbour just steps from Canada Place, the Vancouver Convention Centre, and Jack Poole Plaza. There are Harbour Air flights depart multiple times daily between 7:30am to 6:30pm, therefore you have plenty of flexibility in making your travel plans.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

To receive a full refund, please ensure you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the experience.
If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours before the experience's scheduled start time, the payment made will not be eligible for a refund.
Any modifications or cancellations requested within 24 hours of the experience's scheduled start time cannot be accommodated.
All time references are based on the local time of the experience.
This experience is dependent on good weather conditions. In the event of a cancellation due to inclement weather, you will have the option to reschedule for a different date or request a full refund.

Other Information

This tour/activity has a maximum capacity of 14 travelers.
Passengers must be capable of walking independently to and from the aircraft. While mobility assistance devices like wheelchairs or canes can be used to navigate the terminal, passengers should have the ability to board and disembark from the aircraft with minimal or no assistance.
All passengers aged 18 and above must provide either one government-issued photo ID or two government-issued IDs without photos.
Passengers who fail to check-in before the cutoff times will not be allowed to board their scheduled flight and will not receive a fare refund.
Passengers are required to arrive at the terminal at least 40 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time and complete the check-in process 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
This experience is suitable for most travelers.
Baggage allowance: 25 lbs is guaranteed. This allowance covers all baggage, including purses.
This service is not wheelchair accessible.
Service animals are permitted.
Conveniently located near public transportation.
