• We will pickup from hotels or B&Bs anywhere in Greater Toronto Area in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle.

Niagara Trips Private Tours – Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• To change or cancel a Private Tour date, please contact Niagara Trips by phone or email. Customers who cancel at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. If a Private Tour is canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, no refund will be provided.
• It is your responsibility to arrive on time for your Private Tour. If you are late and miss the tour, no refund will be issued. Niagara Trips will confirm your pickup time and location by email.
• In the event that your tour must be canceled due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible and will receive a full refund to your credit card or original method of payment.
• Rescheduling your tour to a different date is free of charge, but must be done within 24 hours of booking.
• If you choose to upgrade to a larger vehicle, you will be responsible for paying the difference in vehicle cost. If you switch to a less expensive Private Tour, Niagara Trips will refund the difference to your credit card. There are no additional processing fees.
• In the rare case of a vehicle or bus breakdown, every effort will be made to continue the tour by dispatching another vehicle. No refund will be provided for any time lost or changes in vehicles. However, if the tour is canceled due to a breakdown, a full refund will be issued.
