• We will pickup from hotels or B&Bs anywhere in Greater Toronto Area in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle.

Private Tour Change and Cancellation Policy

• To change or cancel a Private Tour date, please call or email Niagara Trips. Customers will receive a FULL REFUND if they cancel at least 24 hours in advance. If a Private Tour is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, NO REFUND will be provided.
• You are responsible for arriving on time for your Private Tour. If you arrive late and miss your tour, NO REFUND will be issued. Niagara Trips will confirm your pickup time and location by email.
• If your tour is canceled due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a FULL REFUND to your credit card or original method of payment.
• Rescheduling your tour to a different date is free of charge, but it must be done within 24 hours of booking. If you wish to switch your Private Tour to a larger vehicle, you must pay the difference in the vehicle fee. No additional processing fees will be charged.
• If you reschedule your tour, the cancellation policy will be based on the original booking time and original tour date. If you switch to a less expensive Private Tour, Niagara Trips will refund the difference to your credit card.
• In the rare event of a bus/vehicle breakdown, every effort will be made to continue the tour (alternative vehicles may be sent to pick you up). No refunds will be provided for time lost or changes in the vehicle. If the tour must be canceled due to a bus/vehicle breakdown, Niagara Trips will issue a full refund.
