• We will pickup from hotels or B&Bs anywhere in Greater Toronto Area in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle.

Niagara Trips Private Tours - Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• To change or cancel a Private Tour date, please call or email Niagara Trips. Customers who cancel at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
• If a Private Tour is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, no refund will be provided.
• You are responsible for arriving on time for your Private Tour. If you arrive late and miss the tour, no refund will be issued. Niagara Trips will confirm your pickup time and location via email.
• If your tour needs to be canceled due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible and will receive a full refund to your credit card or original method of payment.
• Rescheduling your tour to another date is free of charge if done within 24 hours of your original booking.
• If you wish to upgrade to a larger vehicle, you will need to pay the difference in vehicle cost. There are no additional processing fees.
• If you switch to a less expensive Private Tour, Niagara Trips will refund the difference to your credit card.
• In the rare case of a bus or vehicle breakdown, all efforts will be made to continue the tour by sending another vehicle. No refund will be provided for any lost time or change in vehicle. If the tour is canceled due to a breakdown, a full refund will be issued.
