- We will pickup from Hotel or Specified pick location in Greater Toronto Area
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- If you need to change or cancel your tour dates, please call or email us. Customers will receive an 80% refund if they cancel at least 7 days in advance. If a tour is cancelled less than 7 days before the scheduled date, 50% of the total booking fee (including taxes) will be charged.
- You are responsible for arriving on time for your Private Tour. If you arrive late and miss your tour, NO REFUND will be provided. Niagara Trips will confirm your pickup time and location by email.
- If your tour is cancelled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a FULL REFUND to your credit card or original method of payment. Rescheduling your tour is free of charge but must be completed within 24 hours of booking.
- If you wish to switch your Private Tour to a larger vehicle, you will be required to pay the difference in vehicle cost. There are no additional processing fees. If you reschedule a tour, the cancellation policy will apply based on the original purchase time and the original tour start date. If you switch to a less expensive Private Tour, Niagara Trips will refund the difference to your credit card.
- In the rare event of a bus or vehicle breakdown, every effort will be made to continue the tour (another vehicle may be dispatched). NO REFUND will be provided for time lost or changes in the passenger vehicle. If the tour is cancelled due to a breakdown, Niagara Trips will issue a full refund.

Exceptionally bad traffic made the start later than would have liked but Shawn our driver was a brilliant host making sure we experienced all the features of the trip. Skylon Tower, the Sheraton Buffet, Niagara Falls, the whirlpool, Niagara on the Lake, the world’s smallest church and the wine tasting. Highly recommend and book it all you will not be disappointed.

We went with Shawn on our tour and from the very beginning he was very professional and courteous! Shawn was an excellent safe driver and we had a smooth trip and at all of our stops we had more than enough time to enjoy the sights! I would definitely take this tour again if I were in Toronto and didn’t want to drive and I highly recommend Shawn and his fine hospitality and kindness and great knowledge of the area. Shawn loves the Niagara region and knows it well and truly loves it here and that helps make his tour exceptional!

We had a great time! We are from British Columbia and have never been to Niagara so booking through tour beez was easy and they did all the planning, even small details like booking our Uber, providing links and times. Our tour guide, Shawn was extremely knowledgeable with the falls and also the surrounding area. He was so friendly and personable. Shawn was the tour guide of the day and he was absolutely fantastic! He’s super friendly and very informative. The tour allowed us to explore many sites including Niagara Falls, a scenic drive along Niagara parkway, a stop at Floral clock, and we finished with wine tasting at Niagara College. Would recommend this tour to anyone!
