1Snowshoe Through Vancouver's Winter Wonderland4 to 5 Hours
We started our brief but picturesque drive high into the mountains from downtown Vancouver. After arriving at the lodge, we provide a brief equipment demonstration before setting off on our snowshoeing expedition. Slide on your snowshoes and join us as we venture into the placid splendor of an organic winter recreation area. As we travel through the forest, take in the clean, crisp winter air and feel the powder crunch underfoot. We discover throughout the journey about the rich culture of the Squamish First Nation, who have thrived in this untamed and harsh environment for hundreds of years. Our route skirts the ancient giants of the old growth forest and veers off the well-traveled trail. Savor the calm and quiet of this winter wonderland and discover a world apart from the packed ski slopes. In the snowy woodland, we take a short break and eat some food and a warming beverage, such as coffee, tea, or chocolate. Make a snow angel, a snowman, or start a snowball war to relive your carefree youth. We return to the lodge after our break by retracing our route through the forest. We return to downtown Vancouver after a brief drive, en route enjoying a breathtaking sweeping vista of the city. For all ages and skill levels, snowshoeing is a great way to enjoy the magic of winter in the mountains in the simplest way possible. Basically, you can snowshoe if you can walk! It's a combination of learning, challenge, and pure delight of being outside in nature. We provide immediate pickup from any hotel in downtown Vancouver or from a transit station that is conveniently positioned. Please do not hesitate to ask if there isn't a tour time that works for your schedule, and we will do all in our power to make it happen. On some days, we also provide trips by moonlight.

Exceptionally bad traffic made the start later than would have liked but Shawn our driver was a brilliant host making sure we experienced all the features of the trip. Skylon Tower, the Sheraton Buffet, Niagara Falls, the whirlpool, Niagara on the Lake, the world’s smallest church and the wine tasting. Highly recommend and book it all you will not be disappointed.

We went with Shawn on our tour and from the very beginning he was very professional and courteous! Shawn was an excellent safe driver and we had a smooth trip and at all of our stops we had more than enough time to enjoy the sights! I would definitely take this tour again if I were in Toronto and didn’t want to drive and I highly recommend Shawn and his fine hospitality and kindness and great knowledge of the area. Shawn loves the Niagara region and knows it well and truly loves it here and that helps make his tour exceptional!

We had a great time! We are from British Columbia and have never been to Niagara so booking through tour beez was easy and they did all the planning, even small details like booking our Uber, providing links and times. Our tour guide, Shawn was extremely knowledgeable with the falls and also the surrounding area. He was so friendly and personable. He even added on a couple extra stops whenever time was saved along the way. I will 💯 recommend Tour Beez to friends and family!
