Once you book with, the confirmation will be revived at the same time during the booking. We allow collapsible chairs as long as there is someone who can assist the person on the wheelchair to transfer onto the bus. We cannot determine the duration of our transfers as it can be determined on the same day itself after looking at the traffic. Every traveller that will be travelling our coach bus enjoys the allowance of one suitcase and one carry on bag. We further do no allow anything beyond that as it will be considered as extra luggage. Things like surfboards, golf clubs or bikes may have certain restrictions due to which we restrict them. You can have a word with the operator prior to the travel date to confirm if your desired luggage is acceptable or not. If it acceptable then you can totally carry it. It is important and necessary for the children to be accompanied by an adult or we cannot board them alone. We allow service animals and certified guide dogs as well. Board a cosy motor coach at the Capital City Station in the centre of downtown Victoria to experience a hassle-free, convenient journey between downtown Victoria and a few downtown Vancouver hotels. You will be driven by the motor bus to the Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal from where you will board a BC Ferry to reach the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal. The 95-minute beautiful journey spans the Strait of Georgia. Remember to look out for a variety of fauna in addition to the breathtaking scenery! Upon reaching the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal, you will be taken directly to one of our six carefully chosen Downtown Vancouver hotels by the same motor coach.

- For a complete refund, you may cancel up to 24 hours before the experience.
- You must cancel at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of the activity in order to get a complete refund.
- You will not receive your money back if you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience begins.
- The local time of the experience determines the cutoff times.
- Less than 24 hours before to the experience's start time, modifications won't be permitted.

- When a reservation is made, confirmation will be sent. As long as the passenger is accompanied by someone who can help them board and exit, collapsible wheelchairs are allowed.
- The approximate duration of transfers is contingent upon the time of day and traffic conditions.
- Not suitable for wheelchairs
- There is a maximum of one suitcase and one carry-on bag per passenger. Surfboards, golf clubs, and bicycles are examples of oversized or excessive luggage that may be subject to restrictions. Please check with the operator before departing to be sure your extra luggage is allowed.

- When entering a vehicle equipped with seatbelts, infants and children up to 18 kg (40 lbs.) must ride in a car seat that has been certified by the CMVSS, provided by their parent or carer, and fastened to the vehicle with the seatbelt (lap belt).
- If a stroller is foldable, weighs less than fifty pounds, and is not motorised, it can be kept underneath the bus at no additional cost.
- Approved Guide Dogs are welcome to ride our bus. Presenting a valid guide or service dog certification to the driver is a requirement for check-in.
- There can be no more than 20 participants on this tour or activity.

Exceptionally bad traffic made the start later than would have liked but Shawn our driver was a brilliant host making sure we experienced all the features of the trip. Skylon Tower, the Sheraton Buffet, Niagara Falls, the whirlpool, Niagara on the Lake, the world’s smallest church and the wine tasting. Highly recommend and book it all you will not be disappointed.

We went with Shawn on our tour and from the very beginning he was very professional and courteous! Shawn was an excellent safe driver and we had a smooth trip and at all of our stops we had more than enough time to enjoy the sights! I would definitely take this tour again if I were in Toronto and didn’t want to drive and I highly recommend Shawn and his fine hospitality and kindness and great knowledge of the area. We had a great time! We are from British Columbia and have never been to Niagara so booking through tour beez was easy and they did all the planning, even small details like booking our Uber, providing links and times. Our tour guide, Shawn was extremely knowledgeable with the falls and also the surrounding area. He was so friendly and personable. Shawn was the tour guide of the day and he was absolutely fantastic! He’s super friendly and very informative. The tour allowed us to explore many sites including Niagara Falls, a scenic drive along Niagara parkway, a stop at Floral clock, and we finished with wine tasting at Niagara College. Would recommend this tour to anyone!
