Pickup Information
- We offer hotel and B&B pickup and drop-off in Milton. We prioritize small group sizes for a more personalized experience, using 6-seater SUVs whenever possible. If necessary, we can accommodate larger groups with buses.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- To modify or cancel your Niagara Falls Day, Evening, or Private Tour, please contact us by phone or email. Customers are eligible for a full refund if cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance. If a Day or Evening Tour is canceled less than 24 hours prior, no refund will be issued.
- Please make sure to arrive on time for your Niagara Falls Small-Group Tour. While the pickup vehicle may wait a few minutes, late arrivals that miss the tour will not be refunded. Niagara Trips will email your pickup time and location in advance.
- If a tour is canceled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as early as possible and receive a full refund to your credit card or original payment method. Rescheduling your tour to a new date is free of charge.
- To switch between Day, Evening, or Custom Tours, any difference in tour fees must be paid. There are no additional processing fees. If rescheduling, the original purchase time and tour date will determine refund eligibility under the cancellation policy.
- If you switch to a lower-priced tour, Niagara Trips will refund the difference to your credit card.
- In the rare event of a bus or vehicle breakdown, we will make every effort to send a replacement vehicle to continue your tour. However, no refund will be given for any lost time or change in vehicle type. If the tour is fully canceled due to vehicle issues, Niagara Trips will provide a full refund.

Exceptionally bad traffic made the start later than would have liked but Shawn our driver was a brilliant host making sure we experienced all the features of the trip. Skylon Tower, the Sheraton Buffet, Niagara Falls, the whirlpool, Niagara on the Lake, the world’s smallest church and the wine tasting. Highly recommend and book it all you will not be disappointed.

We went with Shawn on our tour and from the very beginning he was very professional and courteous! Shawn was an excellent safe driver and we had a smooth trip and at all of our stops we had more than enough time to enjoy the sights! I would definitely take this tour again if I were in Toronto and didn’t want to drive and I highly recommend Shawn and his fine hospitality and kindness and great knowledge of the area. Shawn loves the Niagara region and knows it well and truly loves it here and that helps make his tour exceptional!

Absolutely amazing!!!!! Shawn was awesome! He was incredibly kind and thoughtful, and somehow managed to give every single passenger one-on-one attention and care. We had a great time! We are from British Columbia and have never been to Niagara so booking through tour beez was easy and they did all the planning, even small details like booking our Uber, providing links and times. Our tour guide, Shawn was extremely knowledgeable with the falls and also the surrounding area. He was so friendly and personable. He even added on a couple extra stops whenever time was saved along the way. I will 💯 recommend Tour Beez to friends and family!

Shawn was the tour guide of the day and he was absolutely fantastic! He’s super friendly and very informative. The tour allowed us to explore many sites including Niagara Falls, a scenic drive along Niagara parkway, a stop at Floral clock, and we finished with wine tasting at Niagara College. Would recommend this tour to anyone!
