Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Feel free to call or email Niagara Trips to modify or cancel your Luxury Private Tour. Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance are eligible for an 80% refund. If you cancel less than 7 days before the tour, a 50% refund of the total booking fee (including tax) will be issued.
  • Please ensure you arrive on time for the Burlington to Niagara Falls Day Tour. If you miss the tour or arrive late, no refund will be provided. Our pickup vehicle will wait briefly. Pickup time and location details will be sent via email.
  • In the event of poor weather or unforeseen circumstances resulting in tour cancellation, you will receive a full refund to your credit card or other original payment method.
  • You may reschedule your small group Day Tour to another date at no additional cost, provided the change is made within 24 hours of booking.
  • If you need a larger vehicle for your private tour, you may upgrade by paying the difference in vehicle cost—no extra processing fees apply. If you switch to a less expensive tour, the difference will be refunded to your credit card. Cancellation guidelines apply based on the original booking time and tour date.
  • While bus or vehicle breakdowns are rare, we will do everything possible to keep the tour running, including dispatching a replacement vehicle. No refunds will be issued for time lost or changes in the vehicle. However, if a tour is fully cancelled due to a breakdown, you will receive a full refund.
