    This operator has two meet-up options available. You can either meet at the departure point below or select a location for pick-up.

    Please be ready and waiting at Skylon Parking Lot B, 5400 Robinson St. 15 mins before. There is a large, paid parking lot next to the Skylon Tower, where you can park your car (approx $5 - $10/day). The guide will meet you at the Robinson St. entrance of the parking lot.

  • Please Note
    We are happy to pick up visitors from wherever in the area of Niagara Falls, New York, USA. We can suggest a central meeting place if you are staying elsewhere than our pick-up region.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

To receive a complete refund, you must cancel up to 24 hours before the experience.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel you experience at least 24 hours in advance of the activity.
  • The amount you paid will not be reimbursed if you cancel less than 24 hours prior to the start of the activity.
  • Less than 24 hours before to the start of the experience, any changes made will not be accepted.
  • The deadlines are dependent on the experience's local time.
  • Good weather conditions are required for this experience. You will be given the option of an alternate date/experience or a full refund if the event is cancelled.
