To begin we kindly ask the passengers to reach at least thirty minutes prior to the departure time which will be beneficial for the other passengers on board and help us to begin the tour on time. This cruise will carry only a limited amount of people that is up to 12 passengers and will offer a private space to be comfortable and enjoy their tour. This is much better than those crowded ones that other big ships offer.
To begin, you introduce yourselves to your professional guide who is well qualified and passionate about this job. He will provide you with your cruise suit which is both a life preserver and a waterproof outfit. As the boarding and getting into your suit is completed you are ready to begin this journey. Firstly, get to pass by Vancouver and the city is just beautiful to look at from the cruise. Vancouver is the very central location and our first pass by and it will leave you amazed. further you see the English Bay which is the most famous for its sunsets but It also has numerous beaches which usually attract a lot of tourists. You will further cruise and you will reach the Stanley park. the Stanley park is covered in green and has a lot of different plants and wildlife. Even from the cruise you will witness a beautiful view of it. The tour also covers other amazing landmarks like false creek and north shore.
As you will be cruising in none other than the Pacific Ocean you cannot miss on the beautiful aquatic life of this ocean. Not only the water is crystal clear but the dolphins and the fishes are adorable. This is the best part of your cruise tour as you lay eyes on the water, you will spot a cute thing in the ocean. This is the perfect moment for you to get some perfect pictures clicked for your memories. Once the locations have been explored, the cruise returns to the starting point and the tour comes to an end.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- For a complete refund, you may cancel up to 24 hours before the experience.
- You must cancel at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of the activity in order to get a complete refund.
- You will not receive your money back if you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience begins.
- Less than 24 hours before to the experience's start time, modifications won't be permitted.
- The local time of the experience determines the cutoff times.
- Good weather is required for this encounter. In the event of inclement weather, you will receive a full refund or an alternative date.
- There is a minimum number of travelers needed for this activity. If the minimum is not reached, you will receive a complete refund or an alternative date and/or experience.

- Not suitable for wheelchairs
- You should wear flat, closed-toe shoes and dress in layers; the temperature on the water is at least 10 degrees colder than on land, so pack a jacket or windbreaker; you will receive a cruiser suit to wear over your clothes, which is required by Transport Canada in order to board the Zodiac.
- Should you intend to carry your camera on the boat, it is advised that you pack a plastic bag to protect it from the elements.
- Remember this: During the trip, you can become wet.
- In close proximity to public transportation
- A moderate level of physical fitness is required of travelers.
- A WAIVER can be found in your booking confirmation email; please make sure you sign it before arriving.
- Works in any weather; please wear suitable clothing.
- Those with a history of serious medical issues, such as back or neck injuries, recent surgery, and/or current or probable pregnancy, should not use this product.
- In addition, passengers who are less than 4 feet, 120 cm, or 50 pounds, 23 kg, are not permitted to board (usually pertains to minors under 7 y.o.)

Exceptionally bad traffic made the start later than would have liked but Shawn our driver was a brilliant host making sure we experienced all the features of the trip. Skylon Tower, the Sheraton Buffet, Niagara Falls, the whirlpool, Niagara on the Lake, the world’s smallest church and the wine tasting. Highly recommend and book it all you will not be disappointed.

We went with Shawn on our tour and from the very beginning he was very professional and courteous! Shawn was an excellent safe driver and we had a smooth trip and at all of our stops we had more than enough time to enjoy the sights! I would definitely take this tour again if I were in Toronto and didn’t want to drive and I highly recommend Shawn and his fine hospitality and kindness and great knowledge of the area. Shawn loves the Niagara region and knows it well and truly loves it here and that helps make his tour exceptional!

We had a great time! We are from British Columbia and have never been to Niagara so booking through tour beez was easy and they did all the planning, even small details like booking our Uber, providing links and times. Our tour guide, Shawn was extremely knowledgeable with the falls and also the surrounding area. He was so friendly and personable. Shawn was the tour guide of the day and he was absolutely fantastic! He’s super friendly and very informative. The tour allowed us to explore many sites including Niagara Falls, a scenic drive along Niagara parkway, a stop at Floral clock, and we finished with wine tasting at Niagara College. Would recommend this tour to anyone!
