Voyage to the Falls cruise. This attraction is seasonal. If the Voyage to the Falls cruise is not available (usually in the winter months), this experience will not be part of the tour. Instead we will take you to Journey Behind The Falls or Skylon Tower.

Experience the natural phenomenon of the Niagara River. You will witness the power of the Niagara River and watch the white waters of the rapids in the Niagara Gorge. The waters of the rapids converge, causing them to spin in counterclockwise motion. At this time we drop off customers to the Helipad (if they have selected the Helicopter Tour Add-On).

We will cruise through the quaint town of Niagara-on-the-Lake to see the wonderful 19th century Victorian architecture and then stop at a local winery to taste some of the finest wines Canada has to offer (grape juice tastings are also available).

Pickup Information
- We pick up and drop off at all hotels & B&Bs in the Hamilton area. We try to keep the group sizes small so that tours can be conducted, preferably in 6-seat SUVs. This allows us to pickup from your preferred location. Larger vehicles, like buses, will be used based on the group size.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- To change or cancel Niagara Falls Day, Evening, or Private Tour dates, please contact us via phone or email. Customers are eligible for a full refund if they cancel at least 24 hours in advance. If a Day or Evening Tour is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, no refund will be provided.
- You are responsible for being on time for your Niagara Falls Small-Group Tour. The pickup vehicle typically waits a few minutes, but if you are late and miss the tour, no refund will be issued. Niagara Trips will confirm your pickup time and location via email.
- If your tour is canceled due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a full refund to your credit card or original payment method. Rescheduling your tour is free of charge.
- If you switch from a Day Tour to an Evening, Custom, or Private Tour (or vice versa), you will be required to pay any price difference. There are no additional processing fees. In case of a reschedule, the original booking date and time will be used to apply the cancellation policy.
- If you change to a lower-priced tour, Niagara Trips will refund the difference to your card.
- In rare cases of a vehicle breakdown, all efforts will be made to continue the tour by dispatching a replacement vehicle. No refund will be given for lost time or changes in vehicle type. If the tour is canceled due to a vehicle breakdown, Niagara Trips will issue a full refund.

Exceptionally bad traffic made the start later than would have liked but Shawn our driver was a brilliant host making sure we experienced all the features of the trip. Skylon Tower, the Sheraton Buffet, Niagara Falls, the whirlpool, Niagara on the Lake, the world’s smallest church and the wine tasting. Highly recommend and book it all you will not be disappointed.

We went with Shawn on our tour and from the very beginning he was very professional and courteous! Shawn was an excellent safe driver and we had a smooth trip and at all of our stops we had more than enough time to enjoy the sights! I would definitely take this tour again if I were in Toronto and didn’t want to drive and I highly recommend Shawn and his fine hospitality and kindness and great knowledge of the area. Shawn loves the Niagara region and knows it well and truly loves it here and that helps make his tour exceptional!

We had a great time! We are from British Columbia and have never been to Niagara so booking through tour beez was easy and they did all the planning, even small details like booking our Uber, providing links and times. Our tour guide, Shawn was extremely knowledgeable with the falls and also the surrounding area. He was so friendly and personable. He even added on a couple extra stops whenever time was saved along the way. I will 💯 recommend Tour Beez to friends and family!

Shawn was the tour guide of the day and he was absolutely fantastic! He’s super friendly and very informative. The tour allowed us to explore many sites including Niagara Falls, a scenic drive along Niagara parkway, a stop at Floral clock, and we finished with wine tasting at Niagara College. Would recommend this tour to anyone!
