Queenston Heights is an extensive hillside area on the Niagara escarpment, centred on a heavily wooded, landscaped park which includes an elegant 57.9 metres (190 foot), classical column containing Sir Isaac Brock�s grave. Pickup Information
- We pick up and drop off from all hotels & B&Bs in the Hamilton Area. We try to keep the group sizes small so that tours can be conducted, preferably in 6-seat SUVs. This allows us to pickup from your preferred location. Larger vehicles, like buses, will be used based on the group size.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- To change or cancel your Niagara Falls Day/Evening/Private Tour dates, please call or email us. Customers are eligible for a FULL REFUND if they cancel at least 24 hours before the tour. If a Day or Evening Tour is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, NO REFUND will be provided.
- You are responsible for arriving on time for your Niagara Falls Small-Group Tour. While the pickup vehicle may wait a few minutes, if you arrive late and miss the tour, NO REFUND will be given. Niagara Trips will specify your pickup time and location via email.
- If your tour is canceled due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a FULL REFUND to your credit card or other method of payment.
- Rescheduling your tour to a different date is free of charge.
- To switch your tour from a day tour to an evening tour, custom tour, or vice versa, you will need to pay the difference in the tour fee. There are no additional processing fees. If you reschedule, the cancellation policy will be based on the original booking time and the original start date of the tour.
- If switching to a less expensive tour, Niagara Trips will refund the difference to your credit card.
- In the rare event of a bus or vehicle breakdown, all efforts will be made to continue the tour (another vehicle may be sent to pick you up). NO REFUND will be provided for any time lost on the tour or changes in the passenger vehicle. If the tour is canceled due to a bus/vehicle breakdown, Niagara Trips will provide a full refund.

Exceptionally bad traffic made the start later than would have liked but Shawn our driver was a brilliant host making sure we experienced all the features of the trip. Skylon Tower, the Sheraton Buffet, Niagara Falls, the whirlpool, Niagara on the Lake, the world’s smallest church and the wine tasting. Highly recommend and book it all you will not be disappointed.

We went with Shawn on our tour and from the very beginning he was very professional and courteous! Shawn was an excellent safe driver and we had a smooth trip and at all of our stops we had more than enough time to enjoy the sights! I would definitely take this tour again if I were in Toronto and didn’t want to drive and I highly recommend Shawn and his fine hospitality and kindness and great knowledge of the area. Shawn loves the Niagara region and knows it well and truly loves it here and that helps make his tour exceptional!

Absolutely amazing!!!!! Shawn was awesome! He was incredibly kind and thoughtful, and somehow managed to give every single passenger one-on-one attention and care. We had a great time! We are from British Columbia and have never been to Niagara so booking through tour beez was easy and they did all the planning, even small details like booking our Uber, providing links and times. Our tour guide, Shawn was extremely knowledgeable with the falls and also the surrounding area. He was so friendly and personable. He even added on a couple extra stops whenever time was saved along the way. I will 💯 recommend Tour Beez to friends and family!

Shawn was the tour guide of the day and he was absolutely fantastic! He’s super friendly and very informative. The tour allowed us to explore many sites including Niagara Falls, a scenic drive along Niagara parkway, a stop at Floral clock, and we finished with wine tasting at Niagara College. Would recommend this tour to anyone!
