The experience planners must pre-approve and confirm your meeting location. Because this is a walking tour, your host will meet you on foot.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

To receive a complete refund, you must cancel up to 24 hours before the experience.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel you experience at least 24 hours in advance of the activity.
  • The amount you paid will not be reimbursed if you cancel less than 24 hours prior to the start of the activity.
  • Less than 24 hours before to the start of the experience, any changes made will not be accepted.
  • The deadlines are dependent on the experience's local time.
