About the ride
The meeting point for the ride is the Vancouver international airport itself. The full address is 3211 Grant McConachie Way, Richmond, British Colombia, V7B 0A4, Canada. We have various options of sedan and other rides that you can choose from. It totally depends on your destination and where your hotel is located. If you want a three passenger ride we have sedans or if you want a five passenger ride you can go with our mini vans as they will be able to accommodate this amount of people better. When you book a private transfer airport service with us it would be important for you to provide us with your flight details which will helps us to track down the flight, resulting in the chauffeur to reach you at the perfect time before your arrival. For further information, we will also be needing the name of the hotel where you have booked your stay and the full destination address to navigate easily and have a smooth journey to your desired and chosen hotel.
Each traveler is allowed to have one suitcase and one carry on bag. Oversized luggage might have certain restrictions. If you are willing to get something beyond the limit, you may talk to the operator to check if it is acceptable or not.
Booking and Confirmation
The fuel surcharge, private transportation, non airport fees and taxes is all already included in the fare. Once you have booked with us, you will receive a booking confirmation within 24 hours of your booking timing. You will be provided with a travel voucher that you are supposed to present in front of your chauffeur. Enjoy your ride to the hotel in luxury!

In order for us to meet you at the appropriate pickup time and take you to the correct destination (please carefully select from the list of destinations we offer), you will need to provide the following information when booking a private transfer from the Vancouver (YVR) Airport to Downtown Vancouver and the surrounding areas: the details of your flight, the name and address of your destination hotel. You'll have plenty of time to retrieve your luggage because the vehicle type you ordered will arrive before the time of your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of making your reservation, your transfer will be confirmed, and you'll receive a travel voucher to show the driver. Based on three passengers per sedan or five passengers in a minivan, the price is per group. It's that simple!

Exceptionally bad traffic made the start later than would have liked but Shawn our driver was a brilliant host making sure we experienced all the features of the trip. Skylon Tower, the Sheraton Buffet, Niagara Falls, the whirlpool, Niagara on the Lake, the world’s smallest church and the wine tasting. Highly recommend and book it all you will not be disappointed.

We went with Shawn on our tour and from the very beginning he was very professional and courteous! Shawn was an excellent safe driver and we had a smooth trip and at all of our stops we had more than enough time to enjoy the sights! We had a great time! We are from British Columbia and have never been to Niagara so booking through tour beez was easy and they did all the planning, even small details like booking our Uber, providing links and times. Our tour guide, Shawn was extremely knowledgeable with the falls and also the surrounding area. He was so friendly and personable. Shawn was the tour guide of the day and he was absolutely fantastic! He’s super friendly and very informative. The tour allowed us to explore many sites including Niagara Falls, a scenic drive along Niagara parkway, a stop at Floral clock, and we finished with wine tasting at Niagara College. Would recommend this tour to anyone!
