  • Any centrally located hotel can be requested as the starting point for the tour. We will select a convenient meeting point in the city center if your hotel is outside the city center. There is a possibility that the tour may end in a different location than the point of departure unless prior arrangements have been made.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

    The experience can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the start time of the experience to receive a full refund.
  • The amount you paid will not be refunded if you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience begins.
  • Changing the experience's start time to less than 24 hours in advance will not be accepted.
  • The cut-off times are determined by the local time of the experience.
  • This experience requires suitable weather. A different date or a full refund will be offered if it is cancelled due to poor weather.
