To receive a full refund, please cancel your experience at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

If you cancel within 24 hours of the experience start time, no refund will be issued for the amount paid.
Changes to your experience made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time will not be accepted.
Deadlines for cancellations and changes are based on the local time of the experience.
