You can cancel your tour up to 24 hours in advance of its start time and receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour's start time, you won't be able to obtain a refund, and the payment you made will be non-refundable.
Additionally, any changes made within 24 hours of the tour's start time will not be accepted. Therefore, it's essential to make sure you've made any necessary modifications before the cut-off times, which are based on the tour's local time.

In the off-season, depending on accessibility, other observation points such as Gorge walk, Terrapin Point or others may be used instead (access is subject to ice and weather conditions).
Please note that this tour is not wheelchair accessible, but strollers and service animals are permitted. If you're travelling with infants under three years old, it's important to note that they must bring their own safety seat.
