Pickup Information

  • Niagara Falls Adventures, Goat Island, Niagara Falls, NY 14303, USA, is the departure point.
  • The tour starts at the large stone archway that separates the Cave of the Winds from the primary Goat Island parking area.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation can be made up to 24 hours in advance for full refund.

  • For a full refund, ensure cancellations are made at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • Incase you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, there will be no refund of the amount you paid.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • The local time of completion of the experience may vary.
  • This tour requires a minimum number of participants. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

  • At the time of booking, you will receive a confirmation.
  • Tour is Wheelchair friendly
  • An adult must accompany children at all times.
  • After October 15, nobody will be permitted into damp portions of the Gorge Walk, which offers a similar experience, due to safety concerns.
