- Enjoy a cozy, air-conditioned vehicle pickup from any hotels or BnBs within Burlington area. We prefer small groups for tours so that pick up can be so easy with 6-seater SUVs. You can also picked from your desired location.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Feel free to contact us by phone or email if you need to modify or cancel your Niagara Falls Day, Evening, or Private Tour with Niagara Trips.
- Customers who cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time will receive a FULL REFUND. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance of a Day or Evening Tour are not eligible for a refund.
- Please ensure you arrive on time for your Burlington to Niagara Falls Day Tour. If you arrive late or miss the tour entirely, no refund will be issued. Our pickup vehicle will wait for a few minutes, and pickup details will be emailed in advance.
- If your Day Tour is cancelled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible and will receive a FULL REFUND to your credit card or original payment method.
- You may reschedule your small group Day Tour at no additional cost. You're also free to switch your tour type (e.g., from Day to Evening or Custom Tour) by paying the difference in vehicle cost—with no extra processing fees. If rescheduled, cancellation terms will be based on the original booking date and start time.
- If you switch to a less expensive tour, Niagara Trips will refund the difference to your credit card.
- Although rare, bus or vehicle breakdowns may occur. In such cases, we will make every effort to continue the tour by dispatching a replacement vehicle. No refunds will be given for lost time or vehicle changes, but if the tour is cancelled due to a breakdown, you will receive a FULL REFUND.

Exceptionally bad traffic made the start later than would have liked but Shawn our driver was a brilliant host making sure we experienced all the features of the trip. Skylon Tower, the Sheraton Buffet, Niagara Falls, the whirlpool, Niagara on the Lake, the world’s smallest church and the wine tasting. Highly recommend and book it all you will not be disappointed.

We went with Shawn on our tour and from the very beginning he was very professional and courteous! Shawn was an excellent safe driver and we had a smooth trip and at all of our stops we had more than enough time to enjoy the sights! I would definitely take this tour again if I were in Toronto and didn’t want to drive and I highly recommend Shawn and his fine hospitality and kindness and great knowledge of the area. Shawn loves the Niagara region and knows it well and truly loves it here and that helps make his tour exceptional!

We had a great time! We are from British Columbia and have never been to Niagara so booking through tour beez was easy and they did all the planning, even small details like booking our Uber, providing links and times. Our tour guide, Shawn was extremely knowledgeable with the falls and also the surrounding area. He was so friendly and personable. He even added on a couple extra stops whenever time was saved along the way. I will 💯 recommend Tour Beez to friends and family!

Shawn was the tour guide of the day and he was absolutely fantastic! He’s super friendly and very informative. The tour allowed us to explore many sites including Niagara Falls, a scenic drive along Niagara parkway, a stop at Floral clock, and we finished with wine tasting at Niagara College. Would recommend this tour to anyone!
