Pickup Information
- Enjoy a cozy, air-conditioned vehicle pickup from any hotels or BnBs within Burlington area. We prefer small groups for tours so that pick up can be so easy with 6-seater SUVs. You can also picked from your desired location. For larger groups, we use buses/vans.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Feel free to contact us via phone or email to modify or cancel your Niagara Falls Day, Evening, or Private Tour. Customers who cancel at least 24 hours in advance will receive a FULL REFUND. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a Day or Evening Tour are non-refundable.
- Please ensure you arrive on time for your Burlington to Niagara Falls Day Tour. If you're late or miss the tour, no refund will be issued. Our pickup vehicle will wait briefly, and pickup details including time and location will be emailed to you in advance.
- In the event of poor weather or other unforeseen events resulting in cancellation, you will be notified promptly and issued a FULL REFUND to your credit card or original payment method.
- You may reschedule your small group Day Tour to another date at no additional charge.
- If you choose to switch from a small group Day Tour to an Evening Tour, Custom Tour, or vice versa, you will only need to pay the difference in vehicle fees. There are no additional processing fees. Rescheduled experiences follow the original cancellation policy, based on the initial purchase time and tour start date.
- If you switch to a less expensive tour, we will refund the difference to your credit card.
- In the rare event of a bus or vehicle breakdown, all efforts will be made to continue your tour by dispatching replacement transportation. No refund will be given for lost time or change in vehicle, but if the tour is cancelled entirely due to a breakdown, a FULL REFUND will be provided.

Exceptionally bad traffic made the start later than would have liked but Shawn our driver was a brilliant host making sure we experienced all the features of the trip. Skylon Tower, the Sheraton Buffet, Niagara Falls, the whirlpool, Niagara on the Lake, the world’s smallest church and the wine tasting. Highly recommend and book it all you will not be disappointed.

We went with Shawn on our tour and from the very beginning he was very professional and courteous! Shawn was an excellent safe driver and we had a smooth trip and at all of our stops we had more than enough time to enjoy the sights! I would definitely take this tour again if I were in Toronto and didn’t want to drive and I highly recommend Shawn and his fine hospitality and kindness and great knowledge of the area. Shawn loves the Niagara region and knows it well and truly loves it here and that helps make his tour exceptional!

We had a great time! We are from British Columbia and have never been to Niagara so booking through tour beez was easy and they did all the planning, even small details like booking our Uber, providing links and times. Our tour guide, Shawn was extremely knowledgeable with the falls and also the surrounding area. He was so friendly and personable. He even added on a couple extra stops whenever time was saved along the way. I will 💯 recommend Tour Beez to friends and family!

Shawn was the tour guide of the day and he was absolutely fantastic! He’s super friendly and very informative. The tour allowed us to explore many sites including Niagara Falls, a scenic drive along Niagara parkway, a stop at Floral clock, and we finished with wine tasting at Niagara College. Would recommend this tour to anyone!
