Experience the natural phenomenon of the Niagara River. You will witness the power of the Niagara River and watch the white waters of the rapids in the Niagara Gorge. The waters of the rapids converge, causing them to spin in counterclockwise motion. At this time we drop off customers to the Helipad (if they have selected the Helicopter Tour Add-On).

Pickup Information
- We pick up and drop off from all hotels & B&Bs in the Greater Toronto Area. We try to keep the group sizes small so that tours can be conducted preferably in 6 Seater SUVs. This allows us to pickup from your preferred location. Larger vehicles like buses will be used based on the group size.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- To change or cancel Niagara Falls Day, Evening, or Private Tour dates, please call or email us. Customers will receive a FULL REFUND if cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance. If a Day or Evening Tour is cancelled less than 24 hours before the start time, NO REFUND will be issued.
- You are responsible for arriving on time for your Niagara Falls Small-Group Tour. The pickup vehicle typically waits only a few minutes. If you arrive late and miss the tour, NO REFUND will be provided. Niagara Trips will send your pickup time and location details via email.
- If your tour is cancelled for any reason (such as severe weather or unforeseen circumstances), you will be notified promptly and receive a FULL REFUND to your credit card or original method of payment.
- Rescheduling your tour to another date is free of charge. If you wish to switch your tour (for example, from a day tour to an evening or custom tour), you will need to pay any difference in the tour fee. No additional processing fees will apply.
- If you reschedule, the original purchase time and tour date will still apply to the cancellation policy. If you switch to a less expensive tour, Niagara Trips will refund the difference to your credit card.
- In the rare case of a bus or vehicle breakdown, every effort will be made to continue the tour (another vehicle may be dispatched for pickup).
- NO REFUND will be given for any time lost or change in the passenger vehicle. If the tour is completely cancelled due to a vehicle breakdown, Niagara Trips will issue a full refund.

Exceptionally bad traffic made the start later than would have liked but Shawn our driver was a brilliant host making sure we experienced all the features of the trip. Skylon Tower, the Sheraton Buffet, Niagara Falls, the whirlpool, Niagara on the Lake, the world’s smallest church and the wine tasting. Highly recommend and book it all you will not be disappointed.

We went with Shawn on our tour and from the very beginning he was very professional and courteous! Shawn was an excellent safe driver and we had a smooth trip and at all of our stops we had more than enough time to enjoy the sights! I would definitely take this tour again if I were in Toronto and didn’t want to drive and I highly recommend Shawn and his fine hospitality and kindness and great knowledge of the area. Shawn loves the Niagara region and knows it well and truly loves it here and that helps make his tour exceptional!

We had a great time! We are from British Columbia and have never been to Niagara so booking through tour beez was easy and they did all the planning, even small details like booking our Uber, providing links and times. Our tour guide, Shawn was extremely knowledgeable with the falls and also the surrounding area. He was so friendly and personable. He even added on a couple extra stops whenever time was saved along the way. I will 💯 recommend Tour Beez to friends and family!

Shawn was the tour guide of the day and he was absolutely fantastic! He’s super friendly and very informative. The tour allowed us to explore many sites including Niagara Falls, a scenic drive along Niagara parkway, a stop at Floral clock, and we finished with wine tasting at Niagara College. Would recommend this tour to anyone!
