We will cruise through the quaint town of Niagara-on-the-Lake to see the wonderful 19th century Victorian architecture and then stop at a local winery to taste some of the finest wines Canada has to offer (grape juice tastings are also available).

Experience the natural phenomenon of the Niagara River. You will witness the power of the Niagara River and watch the white waters of the rapids in the Niagara Gorge. The waters of the rapids converge, causing them to spin in counterclockwise motion. At this time we drop off customers to the Helipad (if they have selected the Helicopter Tour Add-On).

Voyage to the Falls cruise. This attraction is seasonal. If the Voyage to the Falls cruise is not available (usually in the winter months), this experience will not be part of the tour. Instead we will take you to Journey Behind The Falls or Skylon Tower.

8Illuminated Falls and Fireworks (seasonal)10:00 pm
Enjoy a final view of Niagara Falls illuminated by bright colourful lights. On some nights the sky above Niagara Falls is lit up by fireworks set off from Queen Victoria Park. Fireworks are seasonal and usually begin at the end of May.

Pickup Information
- We pick up and drop off from all hotels & B&Bs in the Greater Toronto Area. We try to keep the group sizes small so that tours can be conducted preferably in 6 Seater SUVs. This allows us to pickup from your preferred location. Larger vehicles like buses will be used based on the group size.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
To change or cancel your Niagara Falls Day, Evening, or Private Tour, please call or email us.
Customers are eligible for a FULL REFUND if they cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour time.
If a Day or Evening Tour is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, NO REFUND will be provided.
- You are responsible for arriving on time for your Niagara Falls Small-Group Tour. The pickup vehicle may wait briefly; however, if you are late and miss your tour, NO REFUND will be issued. Niagara Trips will confirm your pickup time and location via email.
- If your tour is canceled due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be informed as soon as possible and receive a FULL REFUND to your credit card or your original payment method. Rescheduling your tour to another date is free of charge.
- If you wish to switch from a day tour to an evening, custom, or other tour, you will need to pay the difference in the tour fee. There are no additional processing fees. If you reschedule, the cancellation policy will apply based on the original booking date and tour start date.
- If you switch to a less expensive tour, Niagara Trips will refund the difference to your credit card.
- In the rare case of a bus or vehicle breakdown, every effort will be made to continue the tour (another vehicle or vehicles may be dispatched). However, NO REFUND will be provided for lost time or change in vehicle type. If the tour is fully canceled due to a vehicle breakdown, Niagara Trips will issue a full refund.

Exceptionally bad traffic made the start later than would have liked but Shawn our driver was a brilliant host making sure we experienced all the features of the trip. Skylon Tower, the Sheraton Buffet, Niagara Falls, the whirlpool, Niagara on the Lake, the world’s smallest church and the wine tasting. Highly recommend and book it all you will not be disappointed.

We went with Shawn on our tour and from the very beginning he was very professional and courteous! Shawn was an excellent safe driver and we had a smooth trip and at all of our stops we had more than enough time to enjoy the sights! I would definitely take this tour again if I were in Toronto and didn’t want to drive and I highly recommend Shawn and his fine hospitality and kindness and great knowledge of the area. Shawn loves the Niagara region and knows it well and truly loves it here and that helps make his tour exceptional!

Absolutely amazing!!!!! Shawn was awesome! He was incredibly kind and thoughtful, and somehow managed to give every single passenger one-on-one attention and care. We had a great time! We are from British Columbia and have never been to Niagara so booking through tour beez was easy and they did all the planning, even small details like booking our Uber, providing links and times. Our tour guide, Shawn was extremely knowledgeable with the falls and also the surrounding area. He was so friendly and personable. He even added on a couple extra stops whenever time was saved along the way. I will 💯 recommend Tour Beez to friends and family!

Shawn was the tour guide of the day and he was absolutely fantastic! He’s super friendly and very informative. The tour allowed us to explore many sites including Niagara Falls, a scenic drive along Niagara parkway, a stop at Floral clock, and we finished with wine tasting at Niagara College. Would recommend this tour to anyone!
