Your departure time is later than your pickup time. After making your reservation, please contact Over the Falls Tours to confirm your specified pickup time.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

To receive a complete refund, you must cancel up to 24 hours before the experience.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel you experience at least 24 hours in advance of the activity.
  • The amount you paid will not be reimbursed if you cancel less than 24 hours prior to the start of the activity.
  • Less than 24 hours before to the start of the experience, any changes made will not be accepted.
  • The deadlines are dependent on the experience's local time.
  • This experience necessitates a certain number of participants. If the minimum is not fulfilled, you will be offered another date/experience or a complete refund.

  • The vehicles used by Over the Falls Tours, Inc. are not wheelchair accessible. Passengers must be able to enter and depart the vehicle on their own or with the assistance of a group member. If a customer brings their own wheelchair, it must be collapsible.   • Service animals are approved if they meet the following criteria: The Service Animal MUST go with the person to whom it has been assigned. The Service Animal should be dressed in a service vest.This will assist the other passengers in comprehending the significance of the animal on the tour. To support the Service, documentation is necessary. A recognised organisation has qualified the animal as a service/therapy animal. When entering Canada, this must be available to show the Customs Agent. If your tour includes a border crossing, the animal's vaccination.
